Допълнителна информация The
Conference is a platform of international legal debate that examines
recent developments and prospects for development of business law.
Within the framework of the Conference will be presented scientific papers in all areas of legal sciences, which will be scored according to their content in one of three sections: I. Public Law; II. Private Law; III. European Union law. International law. At
the Conference may participate, both the people who want to submit a
scientific paper, as well as the people who just want to hear the
debate, without the submission of scientific papers.
The authors have the opportunity to submit a second scientific paper at the Conference paying an additional fee.
Indexing
Conference is indexed in Conference Proceedings Citation Index, Thomson Reuters (Clarivate Analytics).
Venue
The Conference will be held in the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania.

The best scientific papers submitted to the conference will be published in the December 2018 issue of this journal.

Deadlines - November 8, 2018: submitting the registration form. The registration form can be completed either with title and abstract of scientific paper which will be submitted at the Conference or with the option to attend the debate, without the submission a scientific paper. Download here the registration form.
- November 10, 2018: sending full text of scientific paper in English. Authors can avail of the services of translation into English of the scientific paper included at the conference.
- November 12, 2018: confirmation of the scientific papers to be presented at the Conference.
- November 14, 2018: Conference participation fee.
