- The Ruse University Library is one of the largest scientific libraries in North-East Bulgaria

- 2 information searching English language systems providing access to the full text data bases of over 10 000 scientific specialized periodical editions
- 4 reference information searching systems in Bulgarian and foreign languages providing access to over 30 million documents
- 4 information searching (open access) systems providing access to data bases, 30 % of them full text
- Textbooks and learning materials on CDs, DVDs and on-line
- Access to the electronic version of periodical editions
