The Department
of Repair and Reliability chemical technologies is one
of the oldest at the University of Ruse and is the only
department in the country in this field. It was founded
in 1954 and offers training and education at the bachelors,
masters and doctors degrees in the field of repair and
maintenance of machines. The Department
has fourteen labs of its own with a total area of 915
m2 in the Central University building. The good connections
with the industrial firms further develop its programs
both, at all training levels and in the field of scientific
and application investigations.
